These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and cc444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the cc444 website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and all associated services (collectively, "the Services").

Underage gambling is a serious offence. If cc444 determines or reasonably suspects that a user is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all transactions will be reversed where possible, and the matter may be escalated in accordance with applicable child protection obligations.

To access the full range of cc444 Services, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one cc444 account. cc444 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts belonging to that individual will be permanently closed and any balances — including withdrawable cash balances — will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party for any reason. cc444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials.

cc444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.

All transactions on cc444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by cc444, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your cc444 wallet in real time in the majority of cases. In the event that a deposit does not credit within 30 minutes, you should contact cc444 support with your transaction reference number and the amount deposited. cc444 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures promptly.

cc444 only accepts funds deposited from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or business accounts are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended pending investigation.

cc444 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or limits, which are entirely outside cc444's control.

You may request a withdrawal of your available cc444 wallet balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.

cc444 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing any withdrawal request. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport

All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion at the time it is made available. In addition, the following general bonus rules apply across all cc444 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.

Once your account is closed, any remaining balance below the minimum withdrawal threshold may be forfeited unless cc444 is able to return it to your registered payment method.

Termination by cc444: cc444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• We have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms or any supplementary policy
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a lawful order from a competent authority
• We determine that continuing to provide Services to you poses an unacceptable legal, financial, or reputational risk to cc444
• Your account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months

Where an account is closed by cc444 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified cash balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 14 business days of the closure. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not returnable.
